Becoming an Appraiser

Each state has their own set of requirements to obtain an appraisal license. However, the Appraisal Foundation, a non-profit educational organization dedicated to the promulgation of professional appraisal standards and appraiser qualifications for all appraisal disciplines, has general information on becoming an appraiser throughout the country.
