Principal; BRADLEY A. ARMBRUST, IFA

Brad has been appraising since 1983. He began in the Denver, Colorado Metro area. He moved to the Northwest in 1987. Brad has worked for large lending institutions such as World Savings and Moore Financial. He began his first appraisal company in 1991.His current opperation began in 1997 and continues today. Brad specializes in private accounts which include attorneys, CPA's and private individuals. Brad consults and appraises on assignments ranging from divorce to legal settlements of all kinds.  Brad also has extensive experience in courtroom testimony.

Brad began instructing in 1991 for a small appraiser school in Portland Oregon. He currently has an educational department within Armbrust & Associates which forcuses on continuing education for the residential appraisal. 

In addition to the appraisal and educational departments Brad is attempting to start an investment department focusing on all types of real estate investments.

Associates:

Kim Guasco - Kim has been appraising since 1997. Kim has her certified residential license #CR00290. She is also a FHA approved appraiser.  Kim enjoys appraising  all 2-4 residential homes within the greater Portland area. Kim really enjoys rural appraising and is considered our rural expert. Kim joined the Armbrust & Associates team in 1997.

Kathy Recabaren- Kathy has been appraising since 1991. She has her certified residential license #CR00187. She is also a FHA approved appraiser. Kathy has worked for large institutions such as Great Western and Washington Mutal Bank. She was also a successful small business owner of her own appraisal company. Kathy joined the Armbrust & Associates team in 2008. Kathy is a member of the National  Association of  Independent Fee Appraisers. Kathy has extensive, wide range appraisal experience in all 1-4 residential properties.

John Tae- John is a part time appraiser for Armbrust & Associates. John is a licensed appraiser currently working and studying to obtain his certified residential certificate. His license # L001581. John is new to this profession. He has owned his own company and also worked construction. John has a BS degree in biochemistry from the University of Washington.

Sheri Warren- Sheri is our office manager. She has been with Armbrust & Associates since 2006. She is the opperational manager of both the appraisal and investment departments of Armbrust & Associates.

Heather McMackin- Heather is the educational director for Armbrust & Associates. Heather coordinates all aspects of the educational processes as well as being the first point of contact. Heather is an invaluable member of  Armbrust & Associates.
