Principal; BRADLEY A. ARMBRUST, IFA

Brad began his appraising career in Denver, Colorado in 1983. He moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1987. Brad has worked for large lending institutions such as World Savings and Moore Financial. He opened his first appraisal firm in 1991 with a partner. In 1997 Brad went out on his own and began Armbrust & Associates. He specializes in private accounts which include attorneys, CPA's and private individuals. Brad consults and appraises on assignments ranging from divorce to legal settlements of all kinds. He also has extensive experience in courtroom testimony.

Brad began instructing in 1991 for a real estate school in the Portland/Metro area.He currently has an educational department within Armbrust & Associates which focuses on continuing education for the residential appraiser. 

In addition to the appraisal and educational departments of Armbrust & Associates, Brad operates an investment company that focuses on all types of real estate investments.

Associates:

Kim Guasco - Kim has been appraising since 1997. She is a certified residential appraiser, license #CR00290. She is also a FHA approved appraiser.  Kim enjoys appraising  all 2-4 residential homes within the greater Portland area. Kim really enjoys rural appraising and is considered our rural expert. Kim joined the Armbrust & Associates team in 1997.

Kathy Recabaren- Kathy has been appraising since 1991. She is a certified residential appraiser, license #CR00187. She is also  FHA approved. Kathy has worked for large institutions such as Great Western and Washington Mutal Bank. She owned her own successful appraisal company before joining the Armbrust & Associates team in 2008. Kathy is a member of the National  Association of  Independent Fee Appraisers. She has extensive, wide range appraisal experience in all 1-4 residential properties.

Support Staff:

Sheri Warren- Sheri is our office manager. She has been with Armbrust & Associates since 2006. She is the opperational manager of both the appraisal and investment departments of Armbrust & Associates.

Heather McMackin- Heather is the educational director for Armbrust & Associates. She coordinates all aspects of the educational processes as well as being the first point of contact for the educational department of Armbrust & Associates.
