New Regulations ::

New USPAP 2010-2011 Edition

As of January 1, 2010 appraisers will be required to disclose to the client if the appraiser has any current or prospective interest in the subject property or parties involved and any services regarding the subject property proformed by the appraiser within the three year period immediately preceeding acceptence of the assignment. This is acting in any capacity, as an appraiser, a broker, a contractor, a seller, etc.
Other changes to USPAP are primarily for clarification and nomenclature.
